The Maxpeedingrods MXR4800iE Inverter Generator is a nice choice for clean power and optimal portability to charge and run your computer, TV, DVD player and more. It’s single cylinder, 4-stroke, OHV engine produces 4,800 peak watts / 3,800 running watts of power on gas. This inverter generates just 65 dB of sound, making it perfect for quiet camping, RV and home use etc. Parallel capability allows you to run two our generators in tandem with the use of a power kit (sold separately) to effectively increase power output without the hassle that comes along with having a much larger unit. The handy suitcase design is both durable and compact and weighs only 59 lbs., giving you the freedom to take it anywhere with ease.

Can I connect this generator to my house?
Only through a transfer switch or an interlock kit installed by a licensed electrician. Never plug a generator into a wall outlet: it can back-feed the utility line and endanger line workers. Connecting safely.
What can it run at the same time?

Does it ship with oil?
It depends on the manufacturer. If oil is included it is listed under What’s in the box; otherwise use the grade given in the owner’s manual before the first start.
Can I use it in the rain?
Not uncovered. Run it on a dry surface under an open, canopy-like cover, at least 20 feet from doors, windows and vents, and never in a garage.
Can it be shipped to California?
Some generators are not certified for sale in California (not CARB compliant). If the description says this model is not for sale in California, we cannot ship it to a California address.
How will it be delivered?
Free, by UPS or FedEx Ground to your door, usually within 2–5 business days after it ships. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
What if it arrives damaged?
