1.About these terms
GroundWatt is operated by Ana Paula Campos, 4918 Grouse Woods Dr, Wilmington, NC 28411, United States. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2.Our products
We sell new generators from Generac, Cummins, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Champion Power Equipment, Westinghouse, DuroMax, Firman, Honda, Yamaha, GENMAX, Pulsar, A-iPower, Simpson and Kubota, and power stations from EcoFlow, EGO and Anker; lawn mowers from Husqvarna, Mammotion, Navimow, RYOBI, Milwaukee, DEWALT, Makita and ECHO; yard equipment from Agri-Fab, Billy Goat, DR Power, Detail K2 and AVA; garden fountains; and Keter storage sheds.
Product images, dimensions and specifications are provided for reference. Minor variations between the listing and the actual product may occur. If a detail matters to you, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it.
3.Prices
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the contiguous United States. Prices may change without notice, but the price charged is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may correct the error before the order ships and will contact you first. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4.Orders and payment
Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, was listed with an error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case any payment is refunded in full. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details are yours or that you are authorized to use them.
5.Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, returns and refunds by our returns policy (30 days, return shipping paid by us) and product defects by the manufacturer warranties described on our warranty page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
6.Assembly and safe use
Assemble, install and use every product according to the manufacturer’s included instructions and any local rules, such as HOA or building regulations. Fuel-powered generators must only be run outdoors, away from windows, doors and vents and connected to home wiring only through a transfer switch or interlock installed by a licensed electrician. Home standby generators must be installed by licensed professionals, with any permits your area requires. Our assembly guide is provided for general help and does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions.
7.Warranty disclaimer
Products are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties. Apart from those warranties and any rights you have by law, products are sold as described on their product pages and GroundWatt does not give any additional warranty of its own.
8.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GroundWatt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, assembly or use of products and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9.Trademarks and site content
All product names, logos and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. The text, design and original images on this site belong to GroundWatt and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
10.Using this website
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to access accounts or data that are not yours, no automated scraping that disrupts the service and no fraudulent orders.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
