01Who we are

GroundWatt is operated by Ana Paula Campos from Wilmington, North Carolina, a coastal city where hurricane season makes backup power a practical question rather than a luxury.

We keep the business deliberately small. The person who answers your email can see your order, talk to the carrier and work through a warranty claim with you, without a ticket queue or a call center script.

04Free delivery, then help setting it up

Sheds and large generators travel by LTL freight to your curb or driveway. Mowers, power stations and smaller generators arrive by UPS or FedEx Ground at your door. Every option is free, arrives within 2–5 business days and you get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. See shipping details.

05Help that doesn’t end at checkout
