Everything we sell is brand-new and carries the manufacturer’s own warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us first: we gather what’s needed, confirm the next steps within 2 business days and stay with you until the claim is resolved.

01Coverage by product

Warranty length and terms are set by each manufacturer and vary by product line and model. Where the manufacturer publishes them they are listed in the product description, and they are always included in the documentation in the box.

02What a warranty covers

Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They generally do not cover:

  • damage from assembly or installation that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions
  • the wrong fuel or oil, running without oil, or stale fuel left in the system
  • missed routine maintenance, such as oil changes and filter replacement
  • weather events beyond the product’s rated specifications
  • misuse, modification, commercial use of a residential product or accidental damage
  • normal wear and tear, such as fading, blades, belts or surface marks over time

03Home standby generators

A standby generator warranty is only as good as the installation behind it. To keep the full manufacturer term available:

  • Use a licensed electrician and, where required, a licensed gas contractor, and follow local permit rules. Some manufacturers require an authorized installer.
  • Register the unit with the manufacturer soon after installation. Some brands shorten the warranty if registration is missed.
  • Keep the paperwork: your order confirmation, the installer’s invoice and the permit sign-off.
  • Follow the maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual and keep service records.

We are not the manufacturer, but we never send you away. Contact us first and we will gather what is needed (proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the issue), check the coverage for your exact model and guide you through filing the claim.

05How to start a claim

  1. Email usWrite to [email protected] with your order number, the product and model, and a short description of the problem.
  2. Add photos or a short videoClear photos of the affected area and the serial plate, and for engines a short video of the fault, help the manufacturer assess the claim quickly.
  3. We confirm next steps within 2 business daysWe check the coverage for your product and tell you exactly how the claim will proceed and who will contact you.
  4. The manufacturer resolves itThe manufacturer decides the remedy, such as replacement parts, an authorized service visit or a replacement unit, under its warranty terms.

06Within 30 days of delivery

If a problem shows up in the first 30 days, you can also return the item for a full refund under our returns policy, with return shipping paid by us.

07Keeping your warranty valid

  • Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  • Assemble, install and use the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Our assembly guide can help.
  • Register the product with the manufacturer if it offers registration.
  • Use the fuel and oil specified in the manual and follow its maintenance schedule.
